- Non-European Residents (= only candidates currently not living in Europe) can apply via Video and choose ‘I’m a Non-European Resident’ in the Application Form.

- If you are in the possibility to travel to one of the Live audition locations, choose ‘I’m a European Resident’ in the Application Form.

To enroll at the IOA you must:
- Not be older than 32.
- Have completed a programme in classical singing (Bachelor or Master) OR have equivalent experience.
Who should audition?
- If you are looking for an up-to-date programme responding to the demanding and selective reality of the professional opera world.
- If you want to participate in several productions/concerts with orchestra.
- If you want to be taught by internationally acclaimed teachers and masters, who closely follow your trajectory to become a successful singer/repetiteur, then we invite you to apply for auditions at the International Opera Academy, in the beautiful, vibrant and historical city of Ghent.
